Thank you for choosing Yogpura Organics & Naturals. We take great pride in the clinical quality and craftsmanship of our Ayurvedic products. Please review our shipping and return guidelines below.

1. Shipping Policy

Order Processing All orders are processed and dispatched from our facility in Gurugram within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • We offer standard and express shipping options across India.

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

International Shipping

  • Yogpura proudly ships globally, including to our established practitioner networks in Japan and beyond.

  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Yogpura is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

2. Refund & Return Policy

Hygiene & Safety Standards Due to the clinical and personal care nature of our Ayurvedic products—such as our pure essential oils and herbal-treated Neem wood combs—we adhere to strict hygiene protocols. To ensure the safety and purity of our products for all customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

Damaged or Defective Items Our handcrafted, single-wood combs and glass-bottled oils are packaged with the utmost care. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Please email us at contact@yogpura.com with your order number and clear photos of the item’s condition and the packaging.

  • Approved claims will be eligible for a free replacement or a full refund.

Refunds If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
